Our Team
Dillon & Amanda Kidd began J-IV Contracting LLC in 2018 after building their own home in Harrodsburg, Kentucky. They have three boys Royce (Mr. J-IV himself), Pierce & Kade. You may see this rowdy crew onsite occasionally, especially during the excavation process as its their favorite part of the building process!
Over the years he has specialized in project management as a sub-contractor in commercial & industrial construction. Residential building and Custom Homes became his passion and focus since 2018. Dillon is a graduate of Bluegrass Community & Technical College with an associate’s degree in Business Management. Amanda worked in the agricultural industry for seven years after receiving her bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky in Community & Leadership Development. With a background in banking and managing USDA grant programs, she now manages the financial operations of J-IV Contracting.
We like to say, we are only as good as our Subcontractors! And what a true statement that is. We strive to work with the best subcontractors of Central Kentucky for every trade. Without our team of subs we wouldn’t have produced and completed years of projects in such a timely and professional manner.
